Cranial Osteopathy is a form of Osteopathy that works in a gentle, subtle yet precise way to restore the normal structure, function and self-healing capacity of the body as a whole. We work from an anatomical and physiological model and will make a diagnosis as to the probable cause of your symptoms. The effects of injuries, trauma, stress, poor postural habits or problematic birth can all cause structural patterns or misalignments and pain in the spine, or extremities, or dysfunctions such as headaches or digestive issues. We work with various techniques, but only very rarely manipulation, to bring your body back to improved healthy function.

I graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1992. I continue to practise and study Cranial Osteopathy, including the Biodynamic approach, and have a special interest in treating babies and children and also people with complex or long term problems. I work here in Nailsworth and also at The Ashcroft Practice in Cirencester and a monthly Children’s Clinic in Bradford On Avon.
